Shatta Wale reacting to this indicated that he will beat the music producer wherever he meets him because he needs to have a police case with him. Tension is mounting Kumasi New Kejetia Market as traders besieged the Kejetia Management office of Kumasi City Markets Limited over high electricity bills suspecting they are being shortchanged. The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) has blamed the blackout in some parts of the country n Saturday, February 27 on gas supply challenges. There was a total unannounced black out in some parts of the country including Greater Accra, Team and Kumasi on the night of Saturday February 27. The blackout which was unexpected according to GRIDCo was as a result of gas challenges emanating from the offshore fields which led to loss of power supply totaling about 1,000MW. The statement from GRIDCo indicated further that in order to prevent a total system shutdown, power curtailment was carried out which affected parts of the country. According to him, the Judiciary is being unfair and if not check will come back to haunt the country in the future. President of Think Tank IMANI Africa Franklin Cudjoe has told the Judges in the country that they cannot gag the public from criticizing their rulings and work in the court of law. According to him, so far as Lawyers go for appeal and reviews on rulings made on issues, there is the need for the public to call out Judges when their rulings are seen as unfair. To him, what the Judges need to do about vile comments about them is not to gag critical voices of their work but rather focus on dragging individuals who make unsubstantiated claims about their work.
