Women may request COVID-19 test results before accepting proposals – Ursula Owusu

Communications and Digitization Minister-designate Ursula Owusu has said that with time, women will be asking for COVID-19 negative test before they accept to be in relationships. There are reports suggesting that people who have been infected with the deadly virus and have recovered have erectile dysfunctioning. Some men have even confessed that the virus causes total impotence. Reacting to these stories, the Communications Minister-designate advised that Ghanaians especially men should make it point to put on their masks so as to protect their relationships. She indicated that with the way things are going and the researches which are suggesting the virus has could be have an adverse effect on one’s manhood, women may now request for men to prove they have tested negative before they accept to be in a relationship. The Member of Parliament(MP) for Asawase, Alhaji Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka has opened up on why he looked very vigorous and aggressive during the election of the Speaker of Parliament in January last month. Lawra NPP Executives kick against reinstatement of Chairman who was suspended for campaigning for NDC

Executives of the New Patriotic Party is the Lawra Constituency have kicked against a decision to reinstate the party’s constituency chairman Alhaji Mohammed N Donkor. The Upper West regional NPP executives have sanctioned the reinstatement of the Chairman for the Lawra Constituency. But in a statement, the Executives of Lawra indicated that it will not accept the decision reached by Regional Executive Committee to reinstate Alhaji Mohammed N Donkor who was suspended for campaigning against the NPP in the 2020 elections. According to the Lawra Constituency Executive Committee, no form of investigation did not place and therefore they cannot accept the decision reached by him. It was further indicated that the Regional Executives by their order means that they suspended the Lawra Constituency chairman so he could support the NDC’s presidential and Members of Parliament. They are therefore calling on the Regional Executives in the Lawra Constituency to reconsider its decision to re

Following the sudden demise of Dr Gibril Adamu Mohammed who spent just 39 days in parliament, there was the need for a replacement ahead of a by-election. Lecturer dies after he failed the daughter of a powerful pastor for rejecting his ‘sex for grade’ demand

The founder and Presiding Bishop of Christ Life Church worldwide, Francis Wale Oke has narrated how a Lecturer who failed his daughter in one of her exams because she refused to sleep with him was killed by God. According to the Man of God in a video which has since gone viral, the lecturer failed his daughter twice in the course which was a core subject. President of IMANI Africa Franklin Cudjoe has questioned the rationale behind President Akufo-Addo’s decision to keep churches and Mosques opened but banned funerals and weddings. Taking to his facebook page immediately after the president’s 23rd address, Mr. Cudjoe wrote: “Funerals and Weddings banned. But churches and mosques continue to operate. But where are funerals and weddings first held?” he asked The President of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo yesterday said that the government has banned weddings, concerts, funerals, and other social gatherings. According to the President, private burials with 25 people can take place with all the various restrictions put in adhered to. Also, beaches, night club, cinemas and pubs are closed.
