The Ministry of Education acting through the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission has fixed all 2022/2023 fees and charges increment at 15% of old fees. This means the universities and colleges cannot increase fees and other charges beyond 15% of the fees charged in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The order comes after some public Universities increased fees by more than 40% leaving students and parents furious. Zambia has appointed former Ghana trainer Avram Grant as their new head coach on a two-year deal.  The former Chelsea and West Ham manager succeeds Moses Sichone, who assumed the role of Chipolopolo’s top technical head earlier this year after Croat Aljosa Asanovic was fired.  Avram Grant has nearly 20 years of experience as a head coach, mostly with football clubs, but he also has some coaching experience with the national teams.  Grant held the position of head coach of Israel from 2002 to 2006 and the Ghana Black Stars from 2014 to 2017.
