Football? ČECHed! Ice Hockey? ČECHed!! Former Chelsea goalie makes pro hockey debut
Legendary Czech goalkeeper Petr Čech has made his professional debut in the British Ice Hockey League.
The forty-five year old made his professional debut for defending champions Belfast Giants who managed a 5-1 win over Glasgow Clan.
The former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper has joined ice hockey champions Belfast Giants on loan from Oxford City Stars as temporary emergency cover.

The Champions League winner was introduced by coach Ada Keefe for the final five minutes of the game.
Before his introduction, the capacity crowd of 6000 spectators serenaded him with chants of ‘we want Čech.’
