Police charge prime suspect in burglary at Sterling’s home during World Cup
Police in Surrey, United Kingdom have charged a 23 year old man, Emiliano Krosi, for his involvement in the burglary at Raheem Sterling’s home in December 2022.
In a statement to U.K Media, Surrey Police said: “Emiliano Krosi, 23, of Ditton Court Road, Southend-on-Sea, has been charged with 33 offences of conspiracy to commit burglary and remanded in custody.
“One of the offences Krosi has been charged with relates to a burglary at an address in Oxshott, Leatherhead, which was reported to us on Saturday December 3 2022.
“He will be appearing at Guildford Crown Court on September 21.”
Sterling was forced to leave the the national team camp in Qatar after thieves broke into his home on December 3.
Sterling lost 300,000 worth of jewels and an a number of watches in his Oxshott property.
