Akufo-Addo’s address will reboot Ghana’s economy – Oppong Nkrumah
Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah says Nana Addo Dankwa AKufo-Addo’s address on October 30, 2022, will start a reboot for the Ghanaian economy.
The President has over the weekend met with his cabinet and the Economic Management Team of Ghana to brainstorm and deliberate on pertinent issues in Ghana.
The President is expected to announce some stringent measures taken to ensure the economic challenges in the country are surmounted.

In a tweet assuring Ghanaians of what is to expect from the President’s address, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah indicated that the President has taken decisions that will serve as a reboot for Ghana’s sleeping economy.
He said, “We’ve wrapped up a three-day cabinet retreat during which President Akufo-Addo has settled on key decisions aimed at responding strongly to the impact of the global economic challenges on Ghana”.
Adding that “This follows a week of interactions with various economic actors and inputs from the IMF negotiations so far. Tomorrow evening we start the exercise of rebooting as the Prez outlines measures”.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to address the people of Ghana at 8 pm on Sunday, October 30.
