GMB2022: Meet Star Performer, most eloquent and best costume winners for Day 1

TV3’s Ghana Most Beautiful has started and will be live on Television for some weeks.

This year’s edition of the pageant that helps tell the Ghana story started with some fire as contestants vowed to wow their audience with great performances.

Although all the ladies did well with their performances, some stood out with exceptional performances.

On the night, three individual sterling performers were awarded in various categories.

Star Performer for GMB2022 Day 1

From the Bono East region, @takyiwaa_gmb22 talked about the significance of the Tutuhene in her region.

Her performance was adjudged the star performance of the night.

Most Eloquent for GMB2022 Day 1

Eastern region’s @amoanigmb22 presented the Jlama dance, a dipo yo aspect of the Krobo tribe. She was adjudged the most eloquent contestant for day 1 of the pageant.

Best Costume GMB2022 Day 1

Best Costume for the night goes to @owusuaagmb. Owusua is representing the people of the Bono Region.

Residents of Samreboi cry on gov’t to fix their roads

Residents of Samreboi are up in arms with the Government of Ghana over neglect of their roads. According to residents, It has become very worrying as their bad road network is affecting not only economic activities but also their social activities. Residents of the timber and Cocoa producing town in the Western Region of Ghana say they have been unfairly treated by several governments; the neglect they say they do not know what to attribute it to.
