Wontumi’s next plan is to build an office for the NPP in the Ashanti Region – John Kumah

Member of Parliament for Ejisu John Kumah has hailed the decision by Benard Antwi Boasiako for putting up a radio and television station to project the New Patriotic Party in his second term as Chairman.

According to him, it was a plan and therefore arguments that the party does not have an office should not be encouraged because there is a trajectory they are following.

Making this known in an interview with Accra-based Adom TV, John Kumah indicated that “Chairman Wontumi asked whether we want a Radio and Television station to project the party or a Regional Office. We chose the media outfit so now that it is done, we know what he will go on to do is to build the office”.

He said the NPP will have the best office in the Ashanti Region after the ongoing election.

Political analysts have argued that the Chairman of the NPP in the Ashanti Region Benard Antwi Boasiako made the party a laughing stock after the party was evicted from the premises used as Regional Office.

But John Kumah says there was a plan being followed and that people who have complained about the lack of an office should not be worried because that is the next line of action for the Ashanti Region NPP.
