Football Icon Asamoah Gyan has hailed his brother Baffour Gyan for his contribution to what he currently is.

Asamoah Gyan names him as the key to his successes chalked in life.

He indicates that his role in his life is immeasurable and should be emulated by all.

“My brother is key, he is the one behind my success. Sometimes criticisms come, people blame him for him being a bad influence or something but they don’t know what he has done behind the scenes and this is what makes the book very very interesting.”

Asamoah Gyan disclosed that from his research, he has been told that he is the most hated football player and most loved player in the country.

Asamoah Gyan has today launched his book.

The book details happenings in the life of Ghana’s greatest football striker in recent times and provides a deeper understanding of events surrounding his footballing career and personal life.

The event which took place at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra saw a number of dignitaries in attendance.

Among the dignitaries present at the event were President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Chief Of Staff, Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Ofori Sarpong among others.

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources says its preliminary investigations into the will of the late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie have revealed that there are no records of the late Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Forestry Commission’s ownership of portions of the Achimota Forest and the Sakumono Ramsar site.
