Vote for me to restore discipline and transparency – Mahama to Special Voters

Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has encouraged Security Personnel and all Special Voters to vote massively for him to restore discipline in the Security Services in the country.

According to him, under the Akufo-Addo led administration, the Security Service has been politicized which does not speak well for the state institution which is supposed to be independent.

For him, he will depoliticize the Security Services in order to allow them operate independently and believes that it will help restore discipline and transparency to raise morale in order to create opportunities for all and not just a few.

“As your former Commander-in-Chief, I will continue to respect and cherish your patriotic contributions to our dear nation. I encourage you to hope and vote John Mahama,” he said in a video shared on his social media platforms.

Touching on corruption, the former President said even though times are hard, this government has proven to be the most corrupt government in Ghana’s history and there is the need to ensure that the NPP is kicked out of government.

Residents of Samreboi are up in arms with the Government of Ghana over neglect of their roads. According to residents, It has become very worrying as their bad road network is affecting not only economic activities but also their social activities.
