Dangerous NDC’s trademark is fighting good policies – Mustapha Hamid
Minister for Zongo and Inner City Development Dr Sheik Mustapha Abdul Hamid says the trademark of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) he described as a dangerous political party is to fight policies good policies.
He said this makes the NDC a dangerous political party in the country as it kicks against every policy that will bring relief to the lives of the people.
Mustapha Hamid who was speaking at a news conference on November 30, 2020, said: “NDC is the most dangerous party in Ghana because every good policy that is coming to Ghana they fight it”.
“They fought the discovery of oil in commercial quantity. When we introduced the National Health Insurance Scheme, they walked out of Parliament.
He said the NDC fought with all its arsenal to see to an end of the much touted Free SHS policy and it’s shocking that after the policy has helped shape lives, they claim to have been the party to introduce it.
“With free SHS they even went to the Supreme Court to attempt to block the implementation and also sponsored over 40 adverts against the programme. Any good policy that will benefit the vast majority of Ghanaians the NDC don’t support it.”
