Model Slick Woods In Good Spirits Despite Being In A Wheelchair Following Cancer Diagnosis

#Roommates, model Slick Woods has provided an update after announcing about a month ago that she was in the middle of battling stage 3 melanoma cancer. In a brief video posted to social media, she seemed to be in high spirits despite currently being wheelchair-bound.

Savage x Fenty model Slick Woods is going into 2020 as a true fighter! That tough spirit was fully on display in the Instagram video she recently posted to give her fans an update on how she’s doing following her recent cancer diagnosis.

Slick, 23, shared a video of herself sitting in a wheelchair while smiling and joking around with friends. Earlier this week, she enjoyed a night out on the town in New York City with her friends and was given a wheelchair by The London hotel after having difficulty walking by herself.

She captioned the video explaining the toll her body has taken following her diagnosis:

“Legs numb left hand still numb I hate bulls**t and the London gave me a wheelchair.”

As we previously reported, Slick announced exclusively to us that she was battling cancer, specifically stage 3 melanoma, and was undergoing chemotherapy. She expressed the same fighting spirit then as she does now, which is crucial when dealing with such a serious disease.

Slick also has a young son, 1-year-old Saphir, that she is fighting for. She was last seen on the most recent season of “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” because at the time she was dating new cast member Micky Munday—the two have since ended their relationship.
