Solving Party Militia: Let’s deal decisively with corruption- MAHAMA proposes

Former President John Dramani Mahama has called on the clergy to partner various stakeholders in dealing decisively with corruption as well as ridding the country of the activities of party militia which is a source of worry to many, MyNewsGh.com reports.

He observed that these two when properly dealt with could transform the country to inure to the benefit of the citizenry, expressing his confidence in religious leaders to help deal with the situation head on.

During a courtesy call on him by the Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra Archdiocese, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, Mr. Mahama thanked him for his encouragement and blessings and prayed for God’s grace to enable him successfully shepherd his flock to the Kingdom of God in the Accra Archdiocese

“Thank you, for your visit, encouragement and blessings. I am confident that together, we can work to rid Ghana of party militias, deal decisively with corruption and transform Ghana for the benefit of all Ghanaians. I wish you God’s grace as you shepherd his flock to his Kingdom in the Accra Archdiocese.
