Sarah K. Yeboah wins Season XI of 3FM’s FAT2FIT
The 3FMFAT2FIT Season XI 60 days Challenge came to an end on Saturday, March 30 at the Aviation Social Center.
The great fitness, which started on Saturday, February 2 had around 100 participants sign up to challenge themselves to lose weight and build healthy lifestyles as well.
The final event begun at 6:00am with some warm-ups and a few aerobics after led by Beatrice Afful, affectionately called Bea De Bully.
This was followed by a speech from the CEO and founder of FAT2FIT Weight Management Company Limited, Akoto DerGross.
He complimented participants on their passion, firmness and immolation throughout their weight loss journey.
A representative from the Ministry of Health, Moses Obour, declared how awesome it has been for him to witness an excellent programme like the challenge, and also motivated all participants not to end the journey but make fitness a lifestyle to choose every day.
In his speech, he called on all companies and individuals to join this initiative.
General Manager for Media General Digital Francis Doku vented his joy on seeing how determined participants of this season had been.
He encouraged participants to keep listening to Media General stations for more interesting programmes and watch out for Season 7 Fat2Fit.
The 2nd runner-up was Ms. Eunice Vodouhe with a weight loss of 13.8kg, the 1st runner-up was Mrs. Elizabeth Braimah with a weight loss of 15.6kg.
The winner was Ms. Sarah K. Yeboah with a huge weight loss of 16.4kg within the 60 days.
Ms Yeboah took home a Chest freezer, Juicer, 3-month wardrobe change from Ekay Collections, a one-month free membership from Aviation Social Center, two months supply of fruit and vegetables from the Fruit master, Lipea Tea from Center for Plant and Medicine Research.
Mrs Braimah took home a washing machine from Africakart and other souvenirs whilst the 2nd runner-up, Ms Vodouhe, took home a blender and other souvenirs from sponsors.
