Owusu Bempah jabs ‘circumstance prophets’
Founder of Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, Isaac Owusu Bempah has thrown a jab at prophets who predicted a win for Nigerian opposition leader, Atiku Abubakar, describing them as ‘circumstance prophesies’.
Rev Owusu Bempah who predicted a win for incumbent Muhammadu Buhari a week before the just ended Nigerian Presidential elections has been speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen political show Tuesday the first time after the elections.
He chided some pastors for relying on happenings or circumstances as prophecies.
He boasted his prophecies are divine inclined and accurate.
“Prophesies should not be based on circumstances surrounding issues. Unfortunately, that are mistake of pastors do; they always want to predict based on circumstances. Mine always come spiritually,” he said.
Reverend Owusu Bempah is seen in a widely circulated video predicting a win for Nigeria’s President-elect, Buhari few hours after Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared incumbent Buhari winner of 2019 Presidential elections.
He told members of his congregation in the viral video it will take divine intervention for the opposition party to wrestle power from the incumbent President who was ‘spiritually’ seen seated at the seat of government.
“They [prophets] are deceiving the opposition leader for predicting a win for him.Atiku will lose.Buhari is spiritually on the seat and he will win the elections, ” he told his congregation on February 17, 2019.
He told Asempa FM’s Ekosi Sen, the presidential seat should be vacant spiritually during elections but in the case of Nigeria, Buhari was still seated comfortably on it.
According to him, he predicted a Nana Akufo-Addo win in 2016 because the seat was vacant and turned upside down.
