Akufo-Addo’s address angers Ghanaians [See Reactions]

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has addressed the people of Ghana on the state of the country’s economy.

Unlike his previous addresses that gave assurance to the people of Ghana, a cross-section of the people especially on social media are venting their spleen at the President’s address.

To many, they expected a shakeup in the President’s address in order to tackle the damning crisis which has made life difficult for the people of Ghana.

But that did not happen as the President asked that citizens provide support while bracing themselves up for the challenges ahead.

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources says its preliminary investigations into the will of the late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie have revealed that there are no records of the late Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Forestry Commission’s ownership of portions of the Achimota Forest and the Sakumono Ramsar site. Portions of the late Sir John’s will allots portions of land at the Achimota Forest and the Sakumono Ramser Site.
